Privacy
Your information stays connected to your care request.
This page explains what the website collects, why it is needed, and how to ask a question about your information.

Information you choose to share
When you submit the meet-and-greet form, Handled by Henna receives the name, email address, neighborhood or ZIP, pet type, service, schedule, referral information, and visit details you enter.
When you request the printable Pet & Home Handoff Checklist, Handled by Henna receives the first name, email address, and any neighborhood or ZIP you enter. The form also records whether you separately chose to allow one personal follow-up about local pet-care availability.
Please do not submit keys, entry codes, alarm details, medical records, payment information, or other sensitive household information through the website. Those details can be discussed directly if care moves forward.
How the information is used
Meet-and-greet information is used to respond to your request, determine whether the location and schedule may be a fit, prepare for a meet and greet, and communicate about possible care. Checklist information is used to provide access to the printable resource and, only when the separate box is selected, to allow one personal follow-up about care in Bethany or Rock Creek. It is not sold.
Requesting the checklist does not subscribe you to a newsletter or automated marketing.
Website services
Web3Forms processes the inquiry and checklist forms and delivers the submissions to Henna’s email inbox. PostHog provides basic website and campaign analytics, such as page visits, referral-source information, button clicks, checklist downloads, and whether a form was started or submitted. Form-field contents are not intentionally sent to PostHog.
How long information is kept
Form information is kept only as long as it is reasonably useful for providing the requested resource, responding, maintaining a client relationship, and keeping appropriate business records. Information that is no longer needed may be deleted.
Your choices
You may ask what form information Handled by Henna has about you, correct it, or request deletion when it is no longer required for an active relationship or business record. Use the meet-and-greet form and write “privacy request” in the details field.
