This website provides general information about Handled by Henna, current service areas, and available pet-care services. Sending a form, requesting a resource, or exchanging an email does not create a client relationship or confirm a booking. Care begins only after Henna confirms the arrangement directly.

Communications

When you submit a website form, you agree that Handled by Henna may contact you at the email address you provide about your request and relevant pet-care services. Text communication applies when the form requires a mobile number or when you choose to provide one. Consent is not a condition of purchasing services. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of text messages or ask to unsubscribe from email outreach.

Services, availability, service areas, and pricing may change. Website information is intended to be current, but a specific visit or schedule is not guaranteed until it is confirmed directly.

No veterinary or medical advice

Website content and the Familiar Care Starter Kit are practical planning resources, not veterinary, medical, legal, or emergency advice. Contact a qualified veterinarian or emergency provider when your pet needs professional medical care.

Using the starter kit

You may print the starter kit for personal, household use and adapt it to your pet’s routine. No worksheet can identify every risk or replace a direct conversation with a caregiver. Do not put door codes, alarm information, key locations, payment details, or medical records into a public website form.

Acceptable use

You may browse the website, share links to its public pages, and use its resources for personal purposes. Do not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or harmful information, or use the website in a way that violates applicable law.

Content ownership

The Handled by Henna name, written content, visual design, and original resources are protected content. Personal printing of the starter kit is allowed. Resale, commercial republication, or presenting the material as your own is not allowed without written permission.
